Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Fast Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 business day.
Overnight Shipping: Orders placed by 12 PM (local time) will arrive the next business day.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to IT, ES, UK, DE. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
G-POINT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
G-POINT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
G-POINT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

We reserve the right to update or change our Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
